about

In which the wind spirit koiwana finds herself stranded in a wasteland of ancient garbage, and sings the following song to a most unlikely inhabitant found therein:

I sense in you a spirit
here since long before
the ruination of the dream of life and hope

upon green life with longing
gaze your empty eyes
but you who do not live can take no nourishment

you must have labored long
to build yourself this form
i marvel at your brilliance and tenacity

but it's no life at all
to be of garbage made
an effigy of what it was you used to be

one has come to guide you
beyond this blasted land
to the place where all things become whole again

have no fear of losing
what you have become
dissolution must be known before rebirth

as surely as the grass grows
where none was there before
so soon will flesh and blood again be on the land

go now small one hasten
to the riverside
and celebrate for now you will return to life
